Genuine UK tools supplied by Foxwell UK come with a 12 month UK-based warranty
Caution - Grey Imports
Foxwell UK only supply tools to resellers who are geographically located within the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland and France.
Unfortunately having a .co.uk domain name does NOT guarantee a site is UK-based.
If you are buying from a "UK" reseller, always check the contact page on the site before purchasing.
If there is not a UK postal address and phone number, they are probably not in the UK, and so are not selling genuine UK tools.
We are not able to offer UK support or UK warranty for grey imported tools as we did not supply them.
If you are unsure whether a tool is a genuine Foxwell UK unit, look at the back of the tool.
All genuine Foxwell UK tools will have a Foxwell UK identifier label, featuring a unique support ID beginning "UKFX".
Any tool without this label is not a genuine Foxwell UK unit, and so is not covered by the UK warranty, and may not receive UK-specification software updates.
Tools without a UK support ID may be grey imports, or illegal clones. If you have any questions, concerns or suspicions about the authenticity of a tool please contact us.
